3. When do we disclose your personal data?
Access to some of your personal data may occur:

  • Within the Aggregazione Pubblico – Privata Sulla Logistica Mare-Terra S.C.R.L. group and by members of said group, only on a strict need-to-know basis and solely when necessary to provide the services you have requested, in the context of a contract between you and Aggregazione Pubblico – Privata Sulla Logistica Mare-Terra S.C.R.L., or based on your consent (particularly for marketing purposes).

  • By trusted service providers acting as data processors, who perform certain services on our behalf (such as marketing services, hosting, database maintenance, etc.). We provide them only with the information necessary to perform their tasks and require them not to use your personal data for any other purpose. These service providers will act exclusively on instructions from Aggregazione Pubblico – Privata Sulla Logistica Mare-Terra S.C.R.L. and are contractually bound to ensure the same level of security and confidentiality required of us, as well as to comply with applicable data protection laws.

4. Where do we store your personal data?

5. How long do we retain your personal data?
We will retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected (typically for the duration of the contract). However, we may retain your data for a longer period in accordance with specific legal or regulatory provisions and/or to comply with applicable statutory limitation periods. If there are other reasons for extending the data retention period, we will inform you of such reasons and the applicable retention period at the time your personal data is collected.
To determine retention periods, we consider the following criteria:

  • If you subscribe to a service, we retain your personal data for the duration of the contractual relationship and subsequently according to limitation laws;

  • If you contact us for information, we retain your data for as long as needed to process your request;

  • If you have consented to direct marketing, we retain your data until you unsubscribe, request deletion, or after a defined period of inactivity, in accordance with relevant guidelines;

  • For job applicants, we retain your data for a period of 12 months.

We are committed to keeping your personal data secure and take all reasonable precautions to do so. We implement all necessary organizational and technical measures in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable laws and regulations to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Our service providers who process your personal data on our behalf are contractually required to do the same.

7. Your rights
